  • 2 slices sprouted grain bread
  • Earth Balance
  • organic all-fruit raspberry jam
Snack
  • Venti soy latte
  • small sample of a frappaccino
Dinner
  • lentils
  • chocolate almond butter
Still  stressed and not eating much.
