For the past week I have been concentrating on eating natural, non-processed foods. I already feel much healthier- I'm less sluggish, and feel much lighter. The hardest thing for me to cut out was diet soda, since I drank so much. /: I've managed by carrying a bottle of water with me where ever I go, so I'm never thirsty. Also, I drink Izze sodas as treats - these are flavored with fruit juice and have no artificial sweeteners.
Here's a breakdown of what I ate/did today:

- 1 glass plain, non-fat kefir -- I LOVE this stuff, I also like to stick plain, non-fat yogurt in a blender with some ice and make my own yogurt drink; it is bitter (which I like) but that can be fixed with a packet of stevia
- 2 slices sprouted grain bread
- organic raspberry jam
- chocolate almond butter

Dinner
This is pretty much what my diet looks like, except that I usually eat more. I felt nervous today, so I wasn't as hungry as I usually am.
